Usage of Data

The bot may use stored data, as defined below, for features limited to command handling. No usage of data outside of the aformentioned cases will happen and the data will never be shared with any 3rd party site or service.

Stored Information

The Bot will store the following information automatically when a player creates a profile. (uses the /start command)

User ID - This is to make sure that all commands function correctly and all features unlock as you progress.

No other information outside of the above mentioned will be stored.

Cheating

Here are some of the most common breaches of the ToS:

Duplication of Cards/Coins
Use of Autoscript/Macro to "play" for you
Blackmarket Trading (Bot-Bot currencies or Real Life Currency for in-game items)
Misuse of Bugs/Issues

Reporting Issues

If you witness any of these acts please contact a member of the PokeDraw Staff, with proof (screenshot and any other evidence you have), immediately. This way we can act fast to ensure a safe and happy experience for ALL users.

Punishments

The PokeDraw team reserves the right to punish by removing cards, boosters, money, etc. Or to ban your account if you are found to be in breach of any of these rules.
